Before launch
The team holds the admin, keeper and guardian roles on the hook. Admin changes to a live market wait out a 24-hour delay and stay inside the bytecode caps. Keeper and guardian keys can only move fees inside existing bounds.
After launch
veLONEMI votes decide emissions from day one. The proposal moves the admin role to a timelock controlled by veLONEMI holders once voting has run for a full quarter. Listing new markets moves with it.
